F.I.T – First impressions team

Join our dynamic crew dedicated to make great first impressions for our guests! We attempt to be the the architects of a warm, inviting atmosphere during weekend, midweek, and special events 🙂. From the moment they step in, we’re there to greet, ensuring every guest has an awesome experience here at Refuge. 

Welcome Grounds – Coffee

This team is all smiles while pouring and serving coffee and refreshments for guest. If you love people and are quite personable, we’ll help train you with the rest of the team.

WELCOME CENTER – NEW GUESTS

Want to be part of a guests first time experience? This ministry is for you! After our FIT team welcomes the new guest(s) they will escort them to you to get connected. You will be their tour guide before entering Sanctuary, give them a gift bag, explain the connect card process, and the VIP lunch experience. Then help them find a seat in the sanctuary. Follow up with guest(s) after service and collect their connect card.
